Weeks above earth by Augustine.
The whole entire album is just perfection.

Ineedanewsofa · 29/10/2024 21:20

Currently loving a bit of Chappell Roan and Dasha. Re-listening to a lot of Travis and Ocean Colour Scene after seeing both over the summer.
Independent Love Song is one of my favourite songs ever though!

I’m very into Melanie Martinez at the moment, but just looking at my playlist and there is a lot of lil peep, chase atlantic, Billie, Lana del ray, 30 seconds to mars and the script aswell!

Shadyshady · 29/10/2024 22:03

Anything by Electric Callboy, preferably watching the music vids on Youtube. Absolutely hilarious and brilliant.

Definitely!! And also try the new saviours album. It's amazing!

Saviours album is fantastic!
Dh and I (og fans) took 21 year old dd to see them in Glasgow in the summer and her and I have had the list on repeat in the car when we drive to college/work.

The Cure's long awaited new album is out on Friday. From what was played on the last tour and the previews, it's going to be stunning. I've grown up with them and it's like they release music for every life stage. This is the 'reflecting on your life and the losses as you move through middle age' album I feel.

Spotify keeps putting Olivia Rodrigo on for me and I thought she was a bit young / Disney pop princess but she has an Avril Lavigne sound which is definitely growing on me.

Same thing happened here, now I love loads of her songs! She's a very clever song writer, as a Mum in my 30s I don't imagine I'm her target audience, but I love her.

Tittyfilarious · 29/10/2024 23:42

I am currently stuck singing milli vanilli songs especially blame it on the rain 😁

Dolallytats · 30/10/2024 00:02

I'm really loving The White Buffalo, especially his cover of the highwayman. I don't think he's done a song I don't like.
I'm also listening to Colter Wall, not his newest album, too country, but his earlier stuff is brilliant, my favourite is Sleeping on the Blacktop.
Also going through a bit of a Pantera phase again!!
