Mine is definitely giving up drinking. I feel so much better mentally & physically & have lost over 3 stone.

Probably most significant to date were quitting smoking and I rarely drink.

I had one glass of wine last December and one glass of wine this September. 😂 I definitely think my skin is better for it. I was looking at some photos of me in my 30s and I have less eye wrinkles now at 44.

The next big one will be a consistent exercise routine.

Wow, how much were you drinking and how long did it take to lose the 3 stone once you quit?

I'm on here for inspo. Previously, regular vigorous exercise was my answer but since having kids I've not been able to be consistent with anything at all.

MUTU in the hope of healing my diastasis recti after 3 c-sections/ 5 children.
Also, I'd like to get back to sea swimming which is brilliant for mental and physical health.

Got a dog, when work stresses/bores me I put on his lead and take him out for 10 minutes walk around the block, looking at scenery really helps, leaves changing colour at the moment, river reflection etc is good for the soul

Stopping smoking, and walking 10,000 steps a day.

Yuckyyuckyuckity on some days I was getting through up to 3 bottles of wine so it got really bad. Once I’d quit, I lost a stone very quickly then took about 6 months to lose another 2. Ideally I’d like to lose at least another 2 as I’m still overweight for my height but I’m not stressing about it. Snacking is my downfall now!

Giving up smoking, for health but finances a close second!

Signing up to fitness/nutrition coaching with a personal trainer. I've dropped 2 dress sizes and feel like I've got my body back again after 3 pregnancies in 5 years.

Getting up at 5 and going to bed at 9 (in general, not a hard and fast rule).
