Niche - stamp catalogues from the 1970s

My grandad kept everything. I'm helping my nan to go through things with a view to clearing it out. There are some stamp catalogues from the 1970s and I wondered if anyone knows whether they'd be of any interest to anyone or should we just recycle them?

I googled old stamp catalogues but the ones I saw were from the 1930s or so and hardbacked, these are paperbacks.

Search completed sales on eBay otherwise, a specialist stamp auctioneer or dealer should be able to tell you.

Don't bin them! Not till you've really asked around, online selling platforms, like Ebay for instance. There's a market for literally everything in this world, take the time, the stamps won't go anywhere, and try to find the right market for it; I would start with Ebay, Etsy, they sell old stamps too.

A quick shopping search suggests some might have value, it would be worth as pp has suggested searching for sale and sold items on eBay for the specific catalogues you have.
