If you had £300 to spend on yourself

What would you spend it on?

I am not talking bills or anything sensible but what would you treat yourself to?

Monjaro weight loss injections

ExquisiteIyDecorated · 21/10/2024 13:22

An Alison Moore stacking ring, I have a little collection of them and would very happily add to it.

happytobemrsg · 21/10/2024 13:23

Curling wand
House plants
New picture for kitchen

Doggymummar · 21/10/2024 13:24

I had my tear troughs and cheeks filled on Saturday £295

EducatingArti · 21/10/2024 13:27

Massages!

GroovyChick87 · 21/10/2024 13:29

Some new clothes and make up. A more expensive takeaway.

Rocknrollstar · 21/10/2024 13:52

Definitely a spa day with treatments on my own

Keleshey · 21/10/2024 13:56

A winter coat and boots

Lemevoir · 21/10/2024 13:56

I've recently done this and bought:

New boots
A couple of nice jumpers
New winter coat

OurLadySaphire · 21/10/2024 14:03

Ohhh good question! I would probably get a few smaller things - there’s nothing around that price I want except the new colour Kindle but I can’t justify the cost.

Indian head massage and back massage
A couple of Mylee nail colours
Some books from my wishlist
A Naice Reed diffuser
Naice bubble bath - that Laura Mercier honey one. I’ve only had the Aldi dupe and it was lush!
A huge fuck off Chinese takeaway I will be eating for days

RedbuttonGreenbutton · 21/10/2024 14:04

Dinner out with a good friend and a lovely bottle of wine

Fairyfalls · 21/10/2024 14:14

Botox

TidyDancer · 21/10/2024 14:24

The next two months of mounjaro or another Lego set.

Rimtimtagidimdim · 21/10/2024 14:28

On my list would be :

Facial
Chelsea boots
Sexy bra
and a couple of Books

Twentybottlesofbeer · 21/10/2024 14:35

Put it towards saving for a new max mara wool and cashmere coat. I bought one in 2004 and it still looks inlmmaculate, but even though it's been altered, it does look a bit dated.

I'd like a cocoon style this time rather than a 'smart over my suit early 2000s' style!

Strawberry4Supermoon · 21/10/2024 14:37

A new printer - one that doesn't emit smoke after spewing out 4 sheets of A4 😂

Lillipops · 21/10/2024 14:53

@Pumpkittenspice me too for the Lego i can't wait for this one

NeedWineNow · 21/10/2024 14:53

Orla Kiely mini Lotte backpack - £150

Remainder on dinner out for me and DH at our favourite restaurant with cabs either way so we can both have a drink

(or next terms dance class fees for my ballet and tap - but think it would be the dinner out.....)

LieutenantJumboJr · 21/10/2024 15:02

I’d put it towards a new tattoo I want

MaggieBsBoat · 21/10/2024 15:06

A one way flight to my home town, which I am missing right now like an actual pain in my chest.

taggy321 · 21/10/2024 15:24

Tickets for me and DD to see A Christmas Carol or a ring from Vintage Pink

Unexpectedlysinglemum · 21/10/2024 20:01

Massage Botox and highlights

LordFartQuads · 21/10/2024 20:11

All new wardrobe essentials including some comfortable but smart enough for work shoes. But in reality it would be:

  • Replace holey leggings
  • Replace ripped raincoat
  • buy socks (where do they all go?!)
  • and dh has suggested we finally go halvers on getting our upstairs toilet unblocked
Autumnleaveswhenthegrassisjewelled · 21/10/2024 20:19

Some nice lovely clothes which last.
