Got it from formatting and prior knowledge of the topic (and luck)

@Elcad I've been playing this a long time so can sometimes recognise the start of sentences from the layout of the number of letters. The second word in the main body of text comes up quite frequently, so I assumed what it was without having to try it. From that I guessed the second word of the target, and then the first word based on the number of letters.

There are other times when I can't get any useful words and it takes ages though!
