Gluten, chocolate and cream free confectionery that isn't Turkish Delight or Terry's fruits type things

My mind is blank. We are having a a group of friends over for dinner at the weekend. One has very kindly offered to bring her most amazing homemade chocolate truffles to have with coffee. Unfortunately, one of the guests can't have gluten, chocolate (none at all including dark/vegan), , cream or butter (so rules out fudge). I know she doesn't like Turkish Delight, and usually ends up with soft fruit jellies. I made peppermint creams for her once, I could do them again I guess, but was wondering what else I could make? I'm nervous about buying because she can't tolerate a lot of starches which you often get in things like jelly beans. Boiled sweets don't quite hack it when every else is having yummy truffles.
Any ideas please?

Can they have condensed milk? You can make fudge I think with peanut butter and condensed milk, in the microwave

Thank you. Mini meringues are definitely an option, if I rethink dessert as was going to make pavlova- a mini one with dairy-free ice cream for her and a regular one with cream for the rest of us
I'll have a think, that's a good option, I like mini meringues with coffee myself

My mum couldn't have chocolate so used to enjoy marshmallows. You could toast them or something?

Candied peel. Carefully peel oranges and grapefruit. So you get segment shaped peels. Blanch a few tummies then cook in a syrup. Dry out and dust with caster sugar. It’s fiddly and a bit time consuming but blooming lovely.

There are loads of nice cakes you can make which are gluten and dairy free. For example you can make a really nice carrot cake -

Or there are all sorts of fruit/ nut/ meringue concoctions you could serve. You just have to get a bit creative.

Stewed apples/ pears could be nice at this time of year. You could make a gluten-free crumble and serve it with oat cream- I believe Oatly do a whippable one. Lots of options!

Could you make some mini flapjacks. Using Coconut oil instead of butter
So:
Oats
Coconut oil
Sugar (syrup, honey or maple syrup etc)

add some nuts and seeds to them and roll them into balls and bake?

Stuffed medjool dates always feel a bit luxurious to me, plus you can make or buy them really beautifully presented.

She's fine with nuts. I could try making praline with stork marg, not sure if it will taste as good as with bitter but worth a go. Or the sugared nuts or marzipan fruits perhaps.

Those mango and coconut balls sound interesting.

I'd have to check the ingredients for the marshmallows as sometimes starches are added to confectionery that she is intolerant to too.

I feel so sorry for her, hence hapoy to make the effort.

Candies nuts are a good shout and easy to make yourself.

I would suggest peanut butter cookies. Just crunchy peanut butter, sugar and egg for binding. Lovely and soft and delicious. I can't recommend a recipe as it's usually been my American friend throwing it together.

Petit fours are traditionally made with marzipan, which has no dairy, chocolate or weird starch in. You could serve dates stuffed with little logs of home made marzipan; quick to make, delicious and luxurious.

I can see lots of other suggestions have come in while I was posting my last response- some lovely ideas thank you, i. need to dash now so can't respond re all but between you I think you will have sorted me out! It's a bit of a headache trying to plan a 3 course meal around all the ingredients which need to be avoided whilst making it enjoyable for everyone and the confectionery was just a step too far for my brain to deal with!

Stork is revolting, but if you want a vegan hard cooking fat try Naturli. It’s very good and doesn’t have that margarine smell and taste.
