Turning 40 Soon and Need a Glow-Up, Where do I start please?

Hi everyone,
I’ll be turning 40 in a couple of months, and after having my child, I feel like I’ve really let myself go. I’d love to have a bit of a glow-up, but I’m not sure where to start and could really use some advice.
I’m currently overweight, my skin is starting to show some wrinkles, and I’ve got a lot of grey hairs coming through. I don’t really have a style anymore—I just end up wearing baggy clothes most of the time. I also feel like I’m not an interesting person anymore, as I don’t have any hobbies or opportunities to travel as before (I’m a single mum).
I’d really love to find some new hobbies I could do while my child is sleeping or at school—preferably things that don’t cost much money. I’m also open to activities we could do together. I work full time, so I’m looking for ways to fit this all into my busy schedule.
Any tips on skincare, hair, weight loss, finding a style, or picking up new hobbies would be really appreciated! X

Well if you work full-time, then presumably while you're at work, your child is at school, so no chance for you to do anything then. And if your child is school-aged, then presumably they're only asleep at night, so again, not much chance there either.

I think you will need to find stuff to do with your child. Learn to ice-skate? Go on mini hikes? Do car boot sales?

A decent skin care routine and night cream moisturiser will help you feel better. Ive been using olay for a while and it makes me feel fresher looking.
i also booked a makeup lesson 1-2-1 specifically for over 40s. I took my makeup bag along and the lady helped me update. I would have never dreamt of using cream bronzer or blusher. Always used powder but wow the difference is amazing. She updated my products as i had the same kinda style of makeup since my 20s. Helped me with lipstick I’d never had thought of. Having a professional look at your face/skin and match colours and products has given me confidence.

i also find midi length dresses more flattering in my 40s. I just dont feel right in knee length.

I work from home and my working hours are flexible :)
