Has anyone won big with McDonalds Monopoly game? (reason for asking)

Very rare visit to McDonalds last night between school pick up and sport for my DD’s.

Parked up in the car and not only did we all win a food item on their Monopoly peel off game DD16 got a 100K Park Lane blue tab.

We did a Google and all very impressed that she seemed to have picked up a rare sticker, she added her details via the app but we haven’t really given it much thought until had a minute to sit down just now and have read there is only 5 of these stickers in the whole competition.

DD IS convinced you need two to win instantly (what are the chances?!) the rest are going into a draw (which she has entered) have wd totally got the wrong end of the stick or can DD get ready live the life of student luxury for the foreseeable,

1 in each set is incredibly rare the other 1-3 in the set are a dime a dozen.

The chances you have a rare one are VANISHINGLY small, its likely to be the extremely common one. We have been playing every year for a decade and every year had every one bar the rare ones.

I only know one person who has won the 'collecting house' thing and the got the 2 browns and won a pair of headphones worth about £20 so hardly a big win.

Winning food is very common, you would be unlucky if you didn't get at least 1 in an order.

I need one for 100k, 1 for mini, 1 for a holiday, 1 for the merlin pass, 1 for a JBL audio bundle and 1 for the train tickets. It sounds like I eat there all the time but its me and Hubby and I like soft drinks from there. Annoying to have all the options so close lol

I never actually won, because I was incredibly dumb at the time and didn't realise what I had.

I had Mayfair and got rid of it thinking I would never make the set since I rarely eat McDonalds. Then someone gave me Park Lane a few days later. I would have won a brand new Mini.

This happened about 12-13 years ago, and I'm still gutted about it. Can't bring myself to eat there when there's a Monopoly event on.

Me & DD(10) didn't really know how it worked at the time (a few years ago) and got one (just one) £100K one, for about 5 minutes, we really thought we'd won - it was amazing!!

You’re not close though, it feels like that and that’s what they want so you go back for more but realistically, you’re not much closer to winning than anyone else.

Regular mcdonalds goer here and always do the monopoly. Never won anything major. I have about 40 stickers currently, all the common ones in every set but no rare. (Sounds bad but I usually buy a diet coke most days and we get a breakfast there weekly).

Chances of winning are tiny in reality. There are millions of the common ones, every set has one rare one but there are barely any of those.

Mayfair is rare, Park Lane common. There are thousands of Park Lane but only 5 Mayfair.

Also check which article you read. There was one that reported Park Lane as the rare one - this article is incorrect. Park Lane is not rare.

Similar to you @FurryCrocs ! Did get a fiver last week but only extra points this week - and another Moonpig card. £70 off Jet 2 holidays, Photo box etc.
My son got Old Kent Road so we did have a set of those but that's just a free meal.

You probably can go back there because your memory is playing tricks on you and what you remember wasn't even possible.

We have been playing this since it 2000's and the car was never the top prize and was not offered on Mayfair & Park Lane.

Then apparently I would have won £100K then. Like I said, this was 2011-2012, and I remember the MINI was a big feature of the advertising, so obviously I've crossed a wire somewhere down the line.

But I definitely had Mayfair and disposed of it.
