Salmon fish cakes two days past date, would you eat them?

I was looking forward to these for dinner but the use by is the 2nd. They're from Marks if that makes a difference.

No, and I would usually say I am quite relaxed with this sort of thing, but fish especially not.

Sure. I'll be fine if you eat them.

No. 'Use by' isn't the same as a 'Best before' date.
