Night alone. What would you do. What would you eat?

Just that really. DP is working away and I have the place to myself. I'm thinking a nice long bath, something really lazy to eat (probably a ready made lasagne) and lots of chocolate. Not very exciting but I'm tired today. Just wondering what others do or would do with a whole night to themselves?

I'm in an amazing relationship with a wonderful human. It's all about context and situational happiness. I don't understand why it makes you so miffed. It works for us. It's odd you care so much. I'm very independent and prefer to spend my time with someone I adore. It's not a crime. I'll continue to be so very happy

I'm happy you're happy. But don't feel guilty if you want to talk to your DM on the phone for hours in fear it appears rude to your dp as "he's been at work all day".

No fear here. I pretty night with my DP. Really enjoyed the catch up with DM but definitely don't want it every night. Definitely love him every night.

Hot shower, bit of pampering like face and foot masks, something yummy for dinner, early night and watch Modern Family in bed.

Then that's great and I'm sure next time you'll have a nice long chat with your DM and say to dp "I'm having a few hours on the phone tonight..." and he'll most likely say "OK , I'll no xyz then". 🙂

A bath, maybe with a short, gentle yoga session before. Then knitting in front of a film he wouldn't want to watch (usually because it's one we've watched umpteen times rather than because it's one he wouldn't like - we have pretty similar taste in films).
