What furniture do you have in your living room?

Just that really, recently renovated and have a lovely large living room…. With just two sofas in currently! Have dining table in kitchen so don’t need that but unsure how else to fill the gaps. Is nice to have space but does need some filling!

2 sofas, 2 bookcases, TV stand, small cupboard (originally bought as a Hi-Fi unit), 1 floor lamp, 1 coffee table, set of 3 nesting tables.

Sofa, 2 small coffee tables , dining table and chairs , bookcase and 2 sideboards/cabinets .

Two sofas. A very large coffee table, a long padded bench thing to match sofas, two foot stools. And a monks bench in the inglenook.

sideboard pic attached. It’s the markies one but in walnut. It contains all our glasses, some paperwork in one of the cupboards and Same with the drawers. On it is a lamp, a speaker, a diffuser, and an antique clock.

and these little footstools which are unbelievably handy and don’t take up much space.

Two sofa beds, a tv and stand, a slightly retro looking sideboard, a coffee table and a small bookcase. A standard lamp and a few plants.

My sideboard has cookery books, a scrabble board, a trivial pursuit game and some fake candles in it.

My side board has some photos on the top and candles. Inside I stuff that doesn’t fit in my kitchen (not much cupboard space) placemats/table runners for dining table. Various vases and a collection of different candles. Basically extra storage space

I would love a chest for all the blankets and pillows we seem to acquire.

We have a sofa, armchair, coffee table, tv cabinet, bookcase, and 2 snake vivariums.

A big L shaped recliner sofa, chunky mango wood tables, fluffy rugs, wall and table lamps. Covered up the old 70s faux brick fireplace and topped with a wooden shelf as a 4m 'mantle'. Painted in F&B school house white and green smoke. Lots of real and faux plants all over. It's cosy and lots of seating when the families decend.

There's only room for a two seater sofa, two floor lamps, a small fireside chair and a little side table. I also have my little one's Special Tomato sitter sits down the side of the sofa when he's not in it for meals etc, he is 4 and unable to sit unsupported, his seat takes up the space of a second fireside chair.

A 3 seater, 2 seater and an armchair, a couple of lamp tables, a coffee table, a tv unit, a couple of floor lamps and a grandfather clock my dad made.

Way too much I guess.

Two bookcase/storage units (forget the proper name), an arm chair and reading lamp, one sofa, one console table, two coffee tables in lieu of one bigger one, unit for television to stand on (not strictly a television unit), small lamp table, plant table in the bay window.

Not a huge room, and I err towards minimalism, so I have an L shaped sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand, a small sideboard (framed photos and a lamp on top, various bits of stuff stored inside - some wrapping paper, photo albums, my laptop when I'm not using it, batteries, address book etc in drawers). A cat tree/scratch post (not a huge one). And a large rattan trunk in front of the window, that the cat likes to sit on so she can stare out of the window and judge the neighbours!

Ours is an open-plan living room/diner.

At the living room end we have a HUGE corner sofa, a side table, a small footstool with storage, tiny side table and a TV unit.

At the dining room end, we have a 4-seater circular dining table, a slimline shoe cabinet (the Hemnes one), a Kallax, which has been a godsend for storage!) and a small bar cart. Every surface has a plant of some kind on it, and the Kallax centrepiece is my beautiful mature monstera 😍

All our bookcases are upstairs.

I can relate!

Our living room isn’t massive either and we’ve got a sofa, a piano, a record storage sideboard, coffee table, small tv, and bookshelves filling each side of the fireplace.

My dream lounge would only have sofas and arm chairs, a tv stand, side tables and maybe a coffee table.

Large sofa, arm chair, coffee table, side table, TV unit, tall boy, toy kitchen, two massive toy boxes and some built in shelves.

Its a very large room.

Three armchairs. A chase-lounge, A sideboard. A steamer trunk (used as a TV stand) and four free standing bookcases.

Two armchairs, a sofa, two bookcases, sideboard, glass-fronted cupboard, nest of tables and two floor lamps, plus glass television unit.
