Ideas for dairy free, gluten free child's buffet please?

DD is having some friends for a birthday sleepover. One is dairy free, another is gluten free. Rather than have some foods some children can eat and some can't I was hoping to get inspired by you lovely lot for any ideas?

I must admit my usual kids buffet is pizza, hotdogs, all the junk they love, so I'm stuck.

Some ideas (caveat, picked up from catering for dds friends with allergies rather than from a house with allergies) - Strawberries (or berries in general), meringues and dairy free icecream, potato wedges (homemade), nachos (check gf- the salted supermarket own ones tend to be I think) and hummus if they like it, popcorn (check gf again), crudités.

You could also buy gf bases for make your own pizzas, just have some dairy free cheese as well as dairy cheese, we’ve done that for parties and it’s gone down well.

Chicken drumsticks, popcorn, crisps, the jarred hotdogs are GF (not sure about dairy though) wedges. Nachos

Carrot/cucumber sticks and hummus

Popcorn or Crisps

Sushi platter or gluten free chicken nuggets and chips

Lazy day mini caterpillar caked for dessert

These buns are gluten and dairy free (but not egg free) and are fine for sausage/bacon buns burgers or hotdogs and widely available in supermarkets

morrisons with pizza counters can do gluten and dairy free pizzas but I wouldn't trust them for someone severely allergic or coeliac - domino's and pizza express both offer gluten and dairy free options for pizzas as well.

meringues and fruit with dairy free icecream, or just dairy free icecream and various toppings or a chocolate fountain using dairy free chocolate.

perhaps get them to bring a few snacks things and breakfast each themselves as they will have preferred things they like. Although pancakes are dead easy to make gluten free if you want to do something fancier than toast and cereal in the morning.

I personally wouldn’t buy any gf bread for them all - it’s likely to be rejected by the majority plus they are £££!
I would do gf nuggets (most stores have these in the free from section), chips (McCain are good for standard fries - not the fast cook French fries, they have wheat in), sausages (most supermarket own are gf and df), then some ready salted crisps (Seabrooks or a lot of supermarket own are gf and df, popcorn and some cakes (Sainsburys usually have a wide selection).
As a child with an allergy, can I say thanks so much for doing this. It’s so thoughtful. To be able to relax and not worry about cross contamination etc will be amazing for the parents :)
