Lighthearted- What makes you have a "feel good" cry?

Some things make me feel really emotional and in touch with our mortality and the love I have for my kids, and make me really weepy. It's not sadness, but more an appreciation for the beautiful things in my life.

It doesn't matter how I'm feeling, these things make me cry tears that are kind of half happy and sad, every time.

My triggers are the Edward Munsch "Love you forever" book (I tried hard to read this to my 4 year old without crying last night and failed entirely), the Carrie Underwood song "Temporary Home" and The Fox and the Hound movie.

I'd love to know if other people have this, and what their triggers are?

I used to cry at everything, now I'm pretty much dead on the inside, but Nick Cave's Joy gets me every time.

I'm not much of a crier, but I suppose 'feel-good' in some sense when I read stories about people really pulling together on the side of good, like in wars.

I've never really understood people wanting to find a 'good weepy' film to 'have a good cry'. I don't particularly like crying, so don't unless I can't help myself. I guess they just don't cry easily and need the extra help.
