As the title says, would you fast forward 1 year in life if you could? I just heard it said on an advert on the radio and it got me thinking....

Would you and why?

For me no, I've got both my parents alive and well (both in their 70s) and I have a 2 year old - I don't want to miss anything I don't have to.

No. The opposite, in fact.

Absolutely. Got a tough year ahead with separation, selling the house, and each having to buy new ones. If I could wave a magic wand and be in September 2025, I absolutely would...

I feel bad now at not understanding why anyone would want to FFWD.
🌷for those going through tough times

Nope. I will be lucky if I have 5 more years of life and I don't want to die any earlier than I need to. Mind you, I do have 10 more months of horrible treatment ahead of me - and I will be very happy when that is finished!

Its tempting cos we have a very complicated overseas move to do next summer. (SO many moving parts). Just listing the number of things to decide, organise and do is utterly exhausting and overwhelming. And trying to avoid too many mistakes is anxiety inducing.

But there are still good times to be had here before we leave so I say no thanks.

However am currently ill with a temperature so would appreciate fast forwarding a week please!
