And do you think it has had a positive, negative, or neutral impact on your mental health as a whole?

I’m trying to limit social media but I’m not sure if MN fits into that or not. I also struggle with anxiety / depression hence my other question. Thank you.

It doesnt matter how you class any form of interaction or how it affects anyone else me tak health, if its having a negative effect on you stop coming on here. Dont worry about labels or other people, that wouldn't help you.
