I've fallen off the diet wagon

And I'm so ill. I've been doing minimal gluten and sugar. A few carbs not many. My ibs has disappeared and I'm pooing a lot less! I fell off the wagon yesterday and ate crap. I've been up with diarrhoea in the night and it's carried on this am. This is enough motivation to stay on the diet.

Do you have celiac disease. ?
If not People without celiac disease or gluten sensitivity: There is little evidence that a gluten-free diet has health benefits for these people. In fact, eliminating gluten from your diet can cause nutritional deficiencies.

My endocrinologist advised I go as low gluten as possible due to having pcos and the inflammation gluten causes.

Sometimes you need to fall off the wagon to make you realise how much you don’t want to fall off the wagon again.

I’m pretty sure this is a normal part of giving things up.

You haven’t “fallen off the wagon”, you briefly hopped of and now you’re hopping back on,

I've fallen off it too op. I've been off work for the summer and just eaten junk. I feel unhappy at how I look and feel. I'm hoping that I can get my mojo back when I start back in to my work routine.

It's the affect it has on my health. Esp my bowels and stomach cramps
