Neighbour dispute, moving house?

Hi guys

My husband and I have sold our house and have just returned the TA6 forms to the solicitor. For the disputes section we put the following:-

  1. Neighbour complained about us banging, didn't realise we were so loud. We stopped and no further action taken. March 23.
  2. We heard a loud argument, told the letting agent but no further action taken. Didn't hear them again.

On a day to day basis everyone is quiet and keeps themselves to themselves. It has been these 2 things in the past 5 years. Would this put you off?

Also, would their solicitor ask to see the email sent about the argument or not because of GDPR reasons?

Just curious as we are buying our dream house and don't want it to fall through. We wanted to be honest but feels silly as we've never actually had a cross word in person 🥲

Just don't want it to ruin the sale really :(

I'm sure you only have to declare actual disputes such as logged with the council or police
