What do you mean exactly when you say "targeted by hackers"? You are receiving junk or spam email? Is that all? Everyone gets that.
Why are you changing your password? Who is telling you to change it and how - via email? If hackers acquired it and changed it you wouldn't be able to log in and change it back would you?
Why haven't you set up 2 factor authentications using your phone?

You email address, like many of us have found, might well appear in a database of hacked information taken from any number of websites and other sources but do you have different passwords for each site? If you are using the same password on more than one site there's no other word for it - you're an idiot.
