Does this seem okay for lunch?

DP works away a lot so I'm myself with the kids a lot of the time and I have a 1 year old about to start with the childminder and an almost 3 year old starting nursery. I'm trying to keep things as simple for myself as possible (there are also 2 older kids) so planning their packed lunches out as a kind of rotation which means I don't need to think about what I need shopping wise each week, just keep the same list and re-order.
I was thinking a bento packed lunch box with a mix of the following each day (one item from each category)
Carbs- tortilla wraps/pasta with pesto/bread and butter
Fat/protein- cooked sausages/cooked chicken/grated cheese/boiled eggs
Veg-- cooked or grated carrot/sweetcorn/peas/cooked broccoli/chopped tomatoes (I know technically a fruit)
Fruit- whatever is around (we always have tons in
Would also include a yoghurt pouch each day

Does this seem balanced and okay for a 1 and 3 year old? Anything I should be adding? My 3 year old eats lots of different foods but doesn't always eat much so trying to make it foods I know she'll want to eat, whilst keeping UPFs to a minimum (sausages are M&S 90% pork ones).

Does the nursery or childminders not provide any food? That's the norm where I am a and the bonus is they have a cooked lunch there so dinner at home can be simple.

If I had to pack it myself then I definitely wouldn't be cooking meat and veggies! I'd just do leftovers or pretty simple snacks: fruit, sandwich, veggie sticks, maybe cheese cubes, crackers, hummus, pikelets or muffins, popcorn etc.

That’s exactly how I used to do lunchboxes for my two at that age! A carb, a protein, two veggies, two fruits (half portion of each)…and also one item of “junk” on a Friday (maybe a fruit pouch, those melty dehydrated yogurt discs etc). Plus water bottle. Those were the days. Now they’re on cafeteria food, goodness only knows what random crap they eat at school 🙄
