How did you all sleep last night?

Yesterday was horribly hot. I hated every second of it

Sleep…well I was tossing and turning most of the night, but I did manage to get some sleep. It could have been better but it definitely could have been worse. Glad it’s cooler today

I'm in Scotland and still waiting for summer to start. No heat here!

Sleep?? I didn't. But not because of the heat. I can take a catnap before I go out this afternoon.

I actually slept really well, but that’s because the night before I only slept from 4 to 6 (battling a UTI) and now have antibiotics so it’s clearing up a bit and I could catch up. It was hot here, but we have a fan in the room and I think my exhaustion carried me through.

I’m at my friend’s but slept with 2 fans going nearly full blast, window open and just under the duvet cover, not duvet. It was ok. Her house is older than mine so not so hot.

We had aircon units fitted in the bedrooms at home 2 years ago and they are amazing. I missed them last night!

Turned my fan up to max, sprayed myself with cooling spray and slept like a log until 5am. It was amazing.

Looks like my mistake was turning my fan off. I don’t like electrical being on at night cos it makes me anxious but I might have to get over it

We slept separately last night because it was so hot 😂

Lovely but then I'm in an air conditioned room on holiday 😄
