Dairy free cupcakes?

Two kids coming to DC's party are dairy free so they can't have the cake. Can I get cupcakes anywhere which would be suitable? Or a small traybake? I don't want to buy anything massive for two people! On a budget so not having anything bespoke made.

Look for fat free sponge? I don't know of any brands, because I'd just make a batch myself, which is not helpful to you. Or look for vegan cakes.

All of the big supermarkets do vegan cupcakes now.

Free from section of any supermarket should have dairy free cakes

Oggs cupcakes are nice, they have them in Tesco. There’s mini versions or bigger versions.

If you check the free from aisle most of the gluten free stuff is also dairy free.

Definitely pick up a pack of vegan cakes from a supermarket. They’re reasonably cheap.

If you've got time and inclination to bake some yourself, I can't recommend this book more highly -

You get her second hand copies easily online too. I'm a vegan and a keen baker, and I use the recipes in this book all the time. Easy recipes too 👍
