F52 peri. Can do max 20 minutes if activity eg cleaning kitchen or mini workout and it wipes me out for 20 minutes or so. Taking 50+ supplement, magnesium, vit D and calcium. Sleeping ok. Diet ok. This has been slowly creeping up on me and now becoming a regular thing. Thoughts 🤔

HRT is the only thing that worked for me, I was barely functioning physically and mentally before I started. It was literally a new lease of life and I feel much better and younger now.

I would go to the Dr for a checkup and blood tests, make sure you get your vit D tested. Also ask about HRT.

Thanks. Forgot to say I'm on Elleste duo HRT. I take but D supplement and had blood tests done about 2/3 months ago.
Could it be fibromyalgia? I have had tests on my wrists Inc nerve tests but with no signs of eg oesteo. I get intermittent pain in different parts of my body but nothing regular eg constant. I'm waiting for hospital appointment to have nerve pain injections.

You could contact Fibromyalgia Action and speak to them. For a diagnosis you usually see a rheumatologist. It sounds more like Chronic Fatigue

Your HRT may also need adjustment.

Myalgic encephalomyelitis or chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS)

Read about myalgic encephalomyelitis (chronic fatigue syndrome or ME/CFS). It’s a long-term condition with a wide range of symptoms including extreme tiredness.

I take vitamin B complex which has definitely helped with fatigue, I was the same could do 20/30 mins and than need to stop. Also check your HRT doesn’t need adjusted as your hormone levels change.

You might also need some testosterone.
