So I have recently found Vancouver after visiting many places all over the world. Have loved other places ie Sydney,Venice,Rio etc but can honestly say ,I so wish I had found Vancouver 30 years ago ..beautiful city , friendly people, clean and scenic.
Expensive but no more so than London…anywhere else that people would move to in a heartbeat .

Australia, probably Melbourne.

Dalyan

I know it can be politically and economically turbulent out there so this is assuming certain conditions in terms of our situation. But I feel at home there (have lived out that way before)

I’ve loved all parts of Canada I’ve visited but would like to move to the west coast in a mountain town.

In reality though, I do like living in the UK despite the problems. Most of the time it is friendly and calm and I like our seasons.

And me!
...although they often have fabulous London houses in the property section of the Evening standard and £3m is usually the cheaper ones! Confused

Hove. All the fun of Brighton which is a unique place. Sussex on the doorstep. Close to London. Watersports and yoga. Good music. Later in life I would move to Dorset.

I have a soft spot for Carlisle because it is like a mini York - small and compact centre, loads of history, close to Scotland and the sea, VERY cheap COL and the accent is a lovely blend of Cumbrian, Scottish and Geordie.

Globally, I loved Arrowtown NZ, and Hveragerdi in Iceland.
