It's so so easy to spread fake news but not easy to correct the record. People read and believe what they want to believe.

But when someone with so many followers retweets fake news like this - it's dangerous.

The problem with Twitter is that some few sane and rational ppl still post on there. This is irresponsible and confusing. They should get off and leave it to the psychos and gullible types. Governments announcing things there is bizarre as well. Like publishing a White Paper in the News of the World.
