School polo tops which don't shrink

I normally just buy cheap ones from Asda or Tescoes but they shrink. I am trying to buy better quality as I am trying to be more sustainable and don't want to keep replacing them.
Can anyone recommend where to buy polo tops which stay white and don't shrink on a 60 wash?

Plus I also think on the flip side you can wash on 30° now and they get clean whereas before they didn't!

After a couple of years of while polo tops at Primary school I took the buy cheap and often approach having started with John Lewis and M&S and ending up with Sainsburys .
They get stained, go grey, shrink and DS grew all the time anyway so getting cheap ones regularly worked best for us

Don't wash them at 60?

Sainsbury’s but don’t wash on 60! 40 is fine. Ace bleach or napisan in the wash will keep them super white.

M&S were the worst we’d ever had - shrunk & lost their colour. Really disappointing because I love their school skirts & trousers.

I've always bought bought polo shirts from ASDA also. No shrinkage. 40 degrees is fine unless you are trying to get tough stains out.

I don’t wash anything at 60! Think of the money!

I buy polo shirts from John Lewis which are excellent and were worn by all 3 of my DC (DC3 did eventually wear some out). Don't buy from Next, the supermarket kids clothes are much better quality.

Do you have a choice about colours? I started off with DC1 buying white poloshirts but they all get covered in stains so by DC3 had moved to all coloured (in our case red) polo shirts which were much better.

I used to buy a size up and wash / tumble them so they shrunk to size quicker 😂
