What does it mean when people say to target something in this context?
Sorry not a native speaker.

@Tulipsareredvioletsarebue it means the target word would fit in that sentence

Eg

Clouds are fluffy and white

Target word = fluffy

Clouds are TARGET and white

Ends in same 4 letters as 961 and is kind of a synonym of 961 but there's a slightly difference in meaning

I think 618 is probably closer than 947. If you were going to 618 someone, you might have a TARGET for them. If it went well they may want to make a 107 with you.
