From goggling, and looking at their website, they don't appear to state the company details on the website.
This is a legal requirement, but lots of companies don't presumably as they don't know they have to.
If you are at the point of paying money over you presumably have a contract, which should detail exactly who the contracting parties are.
It looks like the property itself is held in one company and the events are run though another company, both with the same directors. This wouldn't be an unusual set up.
It also looks like an original company went bust, looking at the dates likely due to covid. That company did not appear to own a property.
The people associated with that company are not the people associated with the 2 newer companies.
Does wedding insurance cover this sort of thing?
