Returning to work but claiming UC-would award go to £0.00?

I'm single and over 25
I receive UC which includes LCWRA and rent £430
I am returning to work and after tax/ni my wages will be £1.650 a month
Will this make my UC award £0.00 ?
And cancel my LCWRA?

I receive it for my mental health
Finally feel in a good place after medication /therapy and want to return to work

I thought to just cancel it but my dad said he thinks I will still be awarded something as I have LCWRA
Can anyone help ?

I think if your illness has improved drastically
as in say you struggled to walk / mobilize get up / out

but now your able to do so but you still need help / same medication to manage your illness still use a wheelchair then

Its safer to inform dwp them of a change in your health

you might have to do another work capability assement
but it’s worth leaving it a month or so to see if you can manage it with your mental health

Make sure your wording is clear that your illness has improved not just that you are back working so if they do decide to leave it going until a formal reassessment you you can show you will clear in your update.

There isn't actually anything to update saying I'm now improving
The only thing I can do is click returning to work
So il wait for them to get in touch whenever they want to re assess

You should contact them
by ringing the DWP and inform them that your your medical / illness / disability mental health has … improved - got better - in whatever way it has

when my friend went self employed she rang them explained that she was now working self employed as her mobility had improved slightly but she still needed to use a wheelchair outside of the house and still on the same medication and still needed care & assistance to do stuff

she had to fill out another work capability form and was assessed by phone but nothing actually changed and she stayed in the group as she was before
