This morning black coffee and will have special k when I get to the office

Now it's Coke and a custard doughnut from a local bakery.

A Morrisons french set yoghurt, apricot flavour.

Currently drinking prosecco and I last ate 3 squashies. Diet not going so well at the moment 😭

Grasmere gingerbread and a cup of tea. The gingerbread has been lurking in the cupboard for a couple of weeks and I just realised it says on the packet to eat within a week of purchase!!! That's the kind of emergency I like.

Ploughman's type meal, but in a bowl. Salad straight from the garden,cubes of mature cheddar. Mini plum tomatoes, balsamic vinegar. Small piece of a baguette, Cornish salted butter. Glass of rose
