Is anyone else struggling with this humid weather?

Im feeling pretty lousy and I don’t think this humid weather is helping. It’s between 80-95% most days and nights here at moment. I’m not sure how humidity works but I think that’s quite high? It seems to make me feel more anxious - is this just me?

How is everyone doing? Today was horrible in the SE, humidity reading at 95%. I normally love the summer but not heat plus rain and humidity. Might need to invest in a dehumidifier.

Also in the SE. Weather app is saying 85% humidity right now. Just awful. There’s nothing to love about this.

It saps all my energy, just cannot do normal daily tasks. Doesn’t help that I have asthma too.,
