Has anyone used Cinch to buy a car?

I’ve come across Cinch and it seems to have good reviews (although I’m aware these aren’t always genuine!) so looking for some
experiences before I take the plunge.
It seems you buy the car, they deliver it to you, you have 2 weeks to trial it and if you don’t like it they collect it for a full refund.
It seems amazing and hassle free but I wanted to be sure it’s not too good to be true.

They also accept credit card payment, and you can split payment over two cards so if you have a 0% credit card (and can pay it off in the promotional period) it can be a cost effective way to purchase a new (to you) car.

I've just bought a car and part exchanged with cinch, they were brilliant from start to finish. Customer service was excellent, car was as described and the delivery driver was lovely.

18 months of hell trying to get a refund. My credit card got it back for me in the end. I’m still taking them to court for the cost of the repairs I had to do to make the car safe. I would not recommend

I attempted to make a purchase as a, cash at bank no trade in, prepared to collect, buyer. So you would think I would be the kind of person Cinch would really want as a customer...don't you believe it. Faff free is a complete misnomer, their process is nigh impossible for a cash buying same day customer but their setup suits Cinch just about right. They won't let you, on a Saturday , visit and inspect the car in Corby, buy the car, with cash and then drive it away...all in a ONE normal transaction. So they insist on not handing over the car on the day you pay for it so you must then either come back or accept delivery which is free but I wanted to avoid delivery in order to minimise the possibility of any damage to my car. Yes... you pay in total... up front.... then some stranger drives your car on the road for, in my case 1-5 hours. But I was unhappy with this and a return next day as I would have to use public transport as wife has the other car for her work. So I wasn't going to agree to this, so they turned a perfectly good potential sale down...its utter madness. So naturally I am still in the market for a car.
