What do you switch off at home before going on holiday?

Just that really, wi-fi, water, fridge (or is that a step too far?)

I would turn off the TV and water at the stop cock, and maybe the odd appliance like dishwasher and washing machine.

In winter I would leave the heating at 10 degrees, and keep an eye on it remotely.
If I was leaving a house unattended for months over the winter, I would consider draining the heating and water including tanks and cisterns.

I have an alarm and cameras, so I would leave routers etc powered up.
