Two kilos of pork/beef mince - wtf to do with it?

Sent DH to shops to get ingredients for a cottage pie I’m making for a gathering tomorrow. He instead picked up a mix of pork/beef and there’s LOADS of it.

There’s usually only two of us, so not sure what to make with it (other than maybe meatballs - but 2 kilos is a LOT of meatballs. Any other ideas (he’s gone off to get actual beef mince for the pie).

Nigella's Lasagne of Love uses pork and beef mince. It takes a while to prep and cook, but God it's delicious and you can freeze it for a quick meal

Male a huge lasagna. Cook. Portion and freeze. Or invite me round and I'll help eat it.
