I’ve read that a physical/mineral sun cream is better than chemical so could anyone recommend a physical sun cream for sensitive baby skin?

I would have thought that at this age it would be best to shield them from the sun altogether - put them in the shade etc

We used Badger. That said, in mine with eczema, ultimately I found that La Roche-Posay factor 50 was better. The physical barrier ones were a bit drying and hard to use as they are so thick.

Yes definitely will be doing that but going on holiday so will want to put some protection on just in case.

I would keep your baby out of the direct sun if its hot enough to burn. I do.......... and Im almost 50. Hence I havent bought any sun cream for over a decade (and have only got burnt a couple of times and mildly even then - I cover up and stay out of the sun)

It’s a common misconception that UV doesn’t affect you in the shade and this is untrue , you still need SPF on in the shade.
