I used to post on here a lot about my mum … I *was* a student at the time.

She has a rare form of early onset dementia and I got a lot of support from MNerrs.

I was in uni and desperately clinging onto my degree, and I got a huge amount of hell from you all to try and stay in my studies. You helped me when I was suicidal, all sorts. You kept me calm the night Mum was diagnosed and many many nights before and after.

Today I graduated with a 2:1 and merit in clinical theory. I’ve got a full time job, I’m six weeks in and loving it.

I am so hugely, enormously thankful.

Huge congratulations. What a brilliant achievement in the face of great adversity. Now carry on enjoying your life, do everything you want to do. It’s what all mums want for their children. 💐
