Breakfast, only have kettle

Hello!

I'm going on a trip soon and looking for recommendations on breakfast things I can take that don't require cooking/heating/refrigeration (though I will have access to boiling water but that's all). To complicate things I have coeliac disease (gluten free). So far I've got porridge pots with nuts, dried fruit and then potential toppings like nut butter/honey.

Can anyone think of anything else? At home I exclusively eat porridge with fresh fruit which I won't have access to.

Thanks!

Are you worried the fresh fruit on board will be at risk of cross contamination?
Some cruises will have whole fruits available, apples, oranges, bananas you can pick up and add to what you make in your room.
The one I went on, there was chopped fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese well away from any contaminates, but it wasn't a buffet, which obvious would make anything less safe.

@Thepartnersdesk electric lunchbox sounds amazing! I was just thinking they could invent one that used the kinetic energy of you cycling to heat it up?! Lol. Probably not possible..
But yeah, warm tinned spaghetti hoops and mini sausages, ravioli, you could even do those small pasta that have filling but are dried? (I forget the brand, it might not be in UK?)

I've just realised I've suggested a bunch of bloody pasta and noodles to someone GF.
Gawd, my celiac mate had better bring her own food at this rate!
