Hi ladies my heads all over the place due to loosing my dfil and we have booked a last minute getaway to Morocco flying out on the 1st of July however my two eldest childrens passports expire on the 9th and the 14 of October, it does say on the government website that three months are required the day after departure, Am I right in thinking that it would bring us to the 2nd of October?

Or is it that the 14th passport would be fine as we return on the 11th and the 9th wouldn’t be??? Any help greatly appreciated I’m just confused thanks!

To enter Morocco, your passport must have an ‘expiry date’ at least 3 months after the date you arrive.

Edited as I put EU rules which are irrelevant

Yeah so I’d be correct in thinking it would be the 2nd of October minimum needed on the passports? So should be ok? We land on the 1st of July.

Check with your airline too, they seem to make their own rules and some say 6 mths.
