Can anyone talk to me about what it's like at home with all your children being being neurodivergent

I have 3 and 2 are diagnosed, my other child is not yet got a diagnosis but we will get there. What do you find day to day like? Routine help? How do you manage sensory issues? 2 siblings both on spectrum but different one likes going out more, the other child staying at home more lol. We try and balance it all out.

Both of mine are diagnosed ASD but have different triggers and present differently. Every day is a balancing act. I'm a single mum so I feel torn in 2 and exhausted most of the time! They do have some similarities in terms of sensory seeking/avoidance so I get some overlap in terms of resources. Not much in the way of support tbh. My mum will mind one of them at a time if I really grovel Grin their dad sees them for overnights but doesn't do much active parenting so the majority of it is on me. I suppose I just adapt and do what I can most of the time, plan for the worst and hope for the best!

Yes, my mum will only have one at a time lol and to be fair she is good. Mine presently differently but thankfully only one has severe sensory issues. The other 2 are milder
