Pain in right leg & C section tomorrow?

I’ve got moderate pain in my right leg - had it all night and it feels like growing pains… I’m worried it may be a blood clot but could be overreacting? It’s just worrying with the C section tomorrow. Has anyone else had this ?

I have not had this but would def call the hospital you’re having the c section at for advice asap, hope all goes well 🙂
