I’m suffering pretty bad prenatal depression anxiety that hits me in waves 🌊 it feels crushing and I can’t escape the dark thoughts. I was wondering whether it is likely to lift when baby comes next week? I have a C section booked. I’ve had it the whole time but getting more intense the closer we get. Their our various other stressors in my life which are contributing too… Im scheduled to start talk therapy 3 weeks after baby comes Thank in advance
