What do you always have in your fridge or cupboard?

I will let many things run down to nothing but I always have onions, salt and pepper, cheddar, stock cubes and at least one sort of flour.

I usually have tinned tomatoes or passata, oils and garlic.

What do you always have in stock?

Too much, probably.

Pasta, noodles, rice (various), lentils, beans-various, herbs, spices, oils, tinned fruit and fish, tomatoes, passata, stockpots and cubes, curry pastes, onions and potatoes, a dozen fruit and veg, milk, Parmesan, cheddar, Roquefort or similar, coconut milk and block, eggs. Mayo, chilli sauces, vinegars, a ton of frozen stuff, jam and marmalade. Sourdough starter, flours-various, dried fruit, etc.bottled artichokes, tahini, peanut butter, almond milk-long life.

Pretty much everything I might eat. All the pulses, several types of pasta, several types of rice, several cereals, good selection of veg and fruit (tinned, frozen and fresh), tins of soup, several types of tea, several types of sugar, lots of cake ingredients, both flours and corn flour, tonic water, chorizo, cheese, all the herbs and spices, three types of noodles, stock cubes, dried porcini, butter......

Then there's the freezer.

I say to DP "I've not got any food in" and he looks aghast!

Chickpeas, lentils, olive oil, a few vinegars, whole grain mustard, black pepper, dried basil, Frank's hot sauce, whole wheat/spelt flour, brown beet sugar, tomato paste and puree, whole wheat or lentil pasta, baking powder and peanut butter.

I'm not great at keeping fresh food in but ideally like to have whole milk, yogurt, spinach, tomatoes, bananas and a cheese or two.

And onions or shallots, how could I forget!

Pasta, pesto, tinned tomatoes, baked beans, lentils, chickpeas, cheese, garlic paste, chilli paste, ketchup, mayo, salad cream, sweet chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, dried noodles.

Oh and tea, coffee, sugar, porridge. There's probably more but I've had wine. Oh yes, wine!
