Cool different London day out? (For a Londoner)

I want to do something fun, cool and different in my city. Any suggestions? A fun day out maybe for the whole family, maybe for just me and DH. I’m very sporty, DH is moderately - but open to any suggestions!!!

We really enjoyed the rib trips on the Thames, a bit hairy at times but super fun!

Love Treasure Trails - they really make you look at bits of architecture you'd normally just trudge past.

Go and see the rolling bridge at Cody dock.

Go to Granary Square by King's Cross. Have brunch at Dishoom then walk along the canal and do an escape room at Clue Quest.
