Should I pack in Physio after 2 sessions?

Hi I'm currently in my first week of physio for an ongoing back issue, the Physio is using a technique called The Mackenzie method. I've only done three very, very low level prone stretches and now I'm having tingling in my feet which I never did 10 months ago when I first herniated my disc. I've have had MRIs over the last few months and lots of medication, to the point I felt almost normal & good enough to start physio, with an aim to be able to bend more easily. I'm already very scared of getting cauda equina and watch out for any of the symptoms daily, I'm fully aware of what the symptoms are and have do some narrowing, but it is within the limits. I should add I do not have any back pain, my issues have always been in the saddle area, and not daily. I can walk easily, sitting is my issue, so leg tingling is a new addition to my buttock and groin tingling, that had actually all disappeared until now. I don't even know how to tell the physio I don't think her method it for me. Couldn't see an NHS physio so have gone private, I don't want to keep paying for something that's not helpful. I'm so depressed with it, I really thought I was getting better and no I feel I'm worse than back to square one.😭

@Thescarynun different physios use different methods and techniques so definitely worth trying another if you're not gelling with this one. The only thing I'd say is that most physios recommend 6 sessions before deciding…

(I am one by the way)
