Wemberly stadium help

We have been so lucky to have got last minute tickets to Taylor Swift on 23 rd June which is a Sunday . Obviously at this late notice there’s no local hotels and I don’t know London at all . The people we got the tickets off were staying with friends
ive looked on line but don’t know how awful it will be to get back to Euston ? I’ve found a cheap hotel in Kenton ( has reasonable review ) near the tube station - I think the bakerloo runs on Sunday pm from Wemberly central - have no idea how easy it’ll be to get there from the stadium
I’ll be the only adult with 3 teenagers
any other ideas? Do London people know if Kenton is ok to stay in ? The hotel looks like it’s by the tube station
thanks in advance

If you can get a train from Euston late ish I'd just get the metropolitan line back there. It may take some time because of the huge numbers of people but it's an easy journey.
No idea about Kenton I'm afraid!

Kenton is OK. Residential, diverse, not really a tourist location but absolutely fine for 1 night in a hotel with reasonable reviews.

You'll also be fine to get to Euston. It will be very, very busy at the end of the concert but the crowds dispurse quickly and all the staff at the transport links are absolute professionals in how to get 1000s of people on their trains, buses etc as quickly and safely as possible when an event finishes. They deal with it all the time.

Wembley, when we have been, has well organised queuing systems for the trains. We have always used the Chiltern Railways line in and out, however I would get the Metro line from Wembley Park into Euston if you are travelling back from there that night. Or get a hotel at Euston.

The Bakerloo line station is a longer walk. Ok for Kenton but you still have to get into London. The Chiltern Line goes into Marylebone, so you could stay around there. Or stay around Euston area. Depends what you can find.

Thank you , wasn’t sure how awful it’d be but then thought it’s a massive venue so they must be good at getting people away 😂
Will head back to Euston then on metro line sounds easiest then central for train home
the sheer excitement will hopefully keep them all going!

We went to a concert last year and parked on site, it was the best £40 I've ever spent! We left 10 mins before the end and were out on the M4 heading home by midnight. Happy days.

Will echo what the others said, the stewards at these events are amazing at shifting crowds and everyone is buzzing after a good concert so it's a happy atmosphere.

The last time i went to a concert I left a few min early and walked to Wembley central. Its a 15/20 min walk but trains go direct to Euston Rail station in about 25 min .
Wembley park is nearer to get on the Met line tube which is faster but it can be a bit of a slow shuffle as everyone is funnelled down Olympic Way . And the met will take you to Euston Square tube station so youll need to get out there and walk (less than 5 min) to Euston Rail station.

So probably not much in it.

If you decide to go to Kenton you wont be clock watching quite as much and will be going against the main flow of people. Kenton is OK -theres a nice park near the Premier inn if that was the hotel . Its fine as a suburb but probably only somewhere you'd go for convenience unless you live there!

It's Wembley
