I had 7 bowls of all-bran this morning, and I'm now really uncomfortable. Will I be ok?

Omg just 2 bowls of that for me is enough to erm,cause untoward effects in the bowel department!

@pinkwaterbottle9 That's what's worrying me - I've got laxido and bisacodyl, I took the bisacodyl last night, but not sure whether to take today's laxido.

The effects vary from person to person. You should discuss your diet with your GP rather than your key worker, I reckon. The GP can refer you to a dietician.

I'm not binging and purging, I take clozapine which causes constipation.

Yes, I've got lorazepam but I really try not to take it.
