Do you have a MN friend in real life?

Has anyone ever got to a stage when they wanted to meet another MN fellow in person, after bonding with them through a chat, then arranged to see each other in the 'wild', and stayed in touch / became best friends since?

Ah I wasn't even thinking, that when I moved abroad it was MNetters I met up with. We had a little group. I probably still only see a few of the original ones now as many people have moved on, but my entire social circle here started there - and then there were friends of friends and introductions of " you will really like xxx" and I have made some fabulous RL friends. And the babies/small children from our original meet up are all at Uni or working now in various countries.

Not yet.
