Is it worth me trying to claim PIP

Advice needed please. I work full time and have osteoarthritis and other undiagnosed fatigue and pain issues. I can just about cope with work but am often floored afterwards and have to go to bed in the evening.
The main problem it causes is with my mobility. I can't walk more than 100 yards max and am at risk of tripping due to bad gait. I sometimes have to use a stick. I drive a car and would struggle to get around without it but find parking an issue as I always have to find parking very close to where I am going. I miss being able to do so many things even go shopping, due to the mobility issues.
I would like to have physiotherapy to see if it helps but I can't afford it. NHS physio has been very basic, just some exercise sheets, I feel proper physio might help me.
Is it worth me claiming PIP to help with physio costs? Thanks

Yes. I work full time but receive the enhanced Scottish disability payment. I manage at work but fall to pieces at home. Concentrate on the descriptors and tailor your answers as to how you're affected in relation to those.

Yes its worth applying for, i work but have severe mobility issues and get PIP, i gave access to my medical records and was just honest with them, what i told them matched with my notes and their medical knowledge and i didnt even need an assessment.

Unfortunately 100yds is longer than the lowest mobility descriptor (50m), but it's worth measuring how far you can walk without a rest (e.g. sitting on a walker).
The other criteria are to do with bathing (e.g. do you need a shower chair or help getting into the bath), cooking, eating (do you need an appliance or help etc), and other daily living activities.

It sounds like you're missing out on life though - maybe time to look into mobility aids?
