If you had a spare room.....

What would you do with a spare downstairs room if you had one?
We've just bought a new house, it's got 2 living areas, one that we'll use as a good room and the other as a family "den", big kitchen dining area, downstairs loo and utility room. There's also another reasonable sized space that has been a converted garage (properly done to a living standard). I'm just not sure what to do with that space. Neither of us WFH so no need for office space, kids older so no need for a playroom. What would you do with it?

We have a gym in ours. Love having the dreadmill for rainy shitty evenings!

Mine isn't on view luckily but it started off with wardrobes in and is now

Wardrobes one wall
Storage shelves another wall - for stuff like washing powder, towels, bedding, toiletries etc as I buy stuff in bulk to save money
Middle of the room is a "gym" where I have weights, a mat, peloton, bands etc

Ours is junk room.
