Best bathroom sink to double as a baby bath?

Removing the bath in the bathroom and replacing it with a large worktop area and a sink. The idea is to make it a baby changing area and then just general storage. I like the sinks that sit above the worktop space. The idea was to put the baby bath on the worktop area, but now thinking just use the sink? Anyone found any types or shapes of sinks that work well for this?

Any with rounded sides inside

Honestly I'd keep the bath (unless you have another one?).
They'll only fit in a sink for a few months, you'll be grateful for a bath in the long run (typing this as toddler DS plays in the bath with 10000 toys...)

I wouldn't do this tbh. A bath has much longer utility with babies and children than a basin that doubles as a baby bath for a few weeks, and this is an expensive job that won't add value to your home, and in all likelihood you'll regret it. Any sink will work for the first few weeks, and then you can use a bath insert in the actual bath and/or bathe with the baby. A nappy pail is fine for soaking stained onesies etc.

Hi, thanks for replies, but it’s something that we need to do. We have another bath, this one isn’t used and a spinal fusion means I can’t bend to use a baby bath in the bath. Not interested In the long term value as we’ll be here for a while and it needs to work for us. So a large worktop and area for a raised baby bath or using the sink, even if it’s only for a few months for us works.

I washed mine in the kitchen sink as well as the washbasin occasionally. The main thing is to not have a fixed tap but one that can be turned out of the way.
