….. but you’ve accepted that what you do is enough, and you’re happy with that.

”Self …….. ??”

Depends whose POV you take. Your POV = smart. Your employer's POV = idle. The question is, whose POV matters most to you 😂

It has nothing to do with employment.
Its personal

I'd file that under 'tough shit!'

I've done what I'm going to do and if you want more, then tough shit!

Self Satisfied indicates smugness I think
Self Assured - maybe!

I have a few friends/family at the moment who seem to keep giving into the demands of others, and yet it’s still not enough. I want them to understand that so long as they’re happy with what they’re doing then they should feel ok about it, and not permanently quilty

Talk to them about Human-Giver syndrome (not something you yourself suffer from thank god)

Confident and self assured

grapeomelette · 19/04/2024 15:48

I'd call it being at peace with my decision.

Fluffywigg · 19/04/2024 15:49

assured and knows your worth!

Beatrixslobber · 19/04/2024 15:50

Good boundaries

(I admire you if this is you. I need to try it)
